Strategic Markets Oversight Committee
The Strategic Markets Oversight Committee (SMOC) aims to address broad strategic issues of concern to PIMFA members in the design and operation of the UK financial markets and the balances achieved in them for and against access to investment by the retail investor.
The objective of the SMOC is to ensure that the interests and views of PIMFA member firms providing services to retail investors in the financial markets are properly understood and represented within and outside PIMFA.
