More about Simon Housden
Simon has been Sales and Marketing Director at TIME for over nine years, having grown our successful distribution team from scratch. Prior to joining TIME, he was at Octopus Investments for seven years, where he held a number of senior roles.
Simon leads a team of 11 field-based Business Development Managers, providing both nationwide and international coverage, and an office-based team of 12, located in TIME’s head office in Central London.
He is also one of the four partners at TIME, helping to determine the business’ overall strategy and direction. Simon has over 26 years’ experience in financial services, having started his career as a financial adviser.
Simon graduated from Portsmouth University with a BSc Degree in Computer Science.

Roger has over 15 years’ experience in fund management, finance and commercial property. He has been at TIME Investments for over 10 years and is Co-Fund Manager for TIME:Commercial Long Income, TIME:Social Long Income and TIME:Property Long Income & Growth.
Previously, Roger was an Assistant Director at Close Brothers Group PLC’s tax efficient and property funds division, with responsibilities across a number of commercial property funds. Roger holds a BA degree in Business and Financial Economics and is a Chartered Accountant.
