There is mounting evidence that wealth and finance firms with gender diversity in leadership roles enjoy significantly better financial performance than those without. It’s even become a regulatory issue, with the FCA telling firms that failure to make meaningful progress in this area will in future face enhanced supervisory scrutiny and potential regulatory action. And, yet, women’s progress into leadership within the wealth and finance sector still lags behind many other sectors.
Why is this and what can be done about it?
Join PIMFA on Monday 11th April from 10.45 to 11.45 for a Candid Conversation on this topic.
Caroline Holt, leader of PIMFA’s Authentic Leadership programme for women, will be in conversation with Amanda Ford, Managing Director at Tenet Financial Services, and Laura Bampfylde, Director of Global Assets for Redington.
Our panelists will be exploring the unique set of challenges facing women as they progress their careers within the wealth and finance sector. They will share their own personal experiences, discuss what they see happening for other women in the industry and talk about what’s helped them and other women to step up and embrace success.
