PIMFA comments on HM Treasury announcement of a new FCA ChairmanÂ

PIMFA, the leading trade association for the personal investment management and financial advice sector, welcomes HM Treasury’s announcement today of the appointment of Charles Randall CBE as the new Chair of the Financial Conduct Authority.
We look forward to continuing our strong working relationship with the FCA during his tenure and to achieving our aim for an appropriate and proportionate regulatory regime for our sector, which ultimately is in the interests of consumers.
