Consumer Duty Paper (June 2023)

This paper on Consumer Duty has been produced to provide assistance to PIMFA members on some of the expectations under Consumer Duty as we approach the 31st July 2023 implementation deadline. This paper is not intended to be a complete guide to Consumer Duty; instead, it consists of a collection of articles produced by PIMFA Associate Members focusing on areas that the FCA highlighted as being of particular importance at a PIMFA March 2023 CEO Consumer Duty Roundtable, which the FCA attended.
